Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or commissioned pieces may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be displayed on the product page or communicated after purchase.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Shipping

  • Australia: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after your order has been dispatched.
  • International: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges apply to all orders and are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your purchase. Our shipping rates are currently being updated. The applicable shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout or communicated to you before your order is dispatched, where applicable.
