At Cleo Collects, our Gallery Advisory Services are designed to support clients at every stage of their collecting journey, whether you're acquiring your first artwork, expanding an existing collection, or sourcing pieces to complement a design project. With a deep understanding of both historical and contemporary art and design, we offer an informed, intuitive approach tailored to your vision, values, and space.
Our advisory begins with understanding your personal aesthetic, interests, and the context in which the piece will live. We work closely with private clients, interior designers, and architects to source and place works that are both visually compelling and emotionally resonant. Whether you're drawn to contemporary painting, sculptural objects, or historically significant antiques, we help identify pieces with strong provenance, enduring value, and narrative depth.
Cleo Collects represents 30 international artists across disciplines, and we maintain trusted relationships with collectors, dealers, and institutions worldwide. This network allows us to offer access to a diverse range of works, both on and off the market, including rare and investment-worthy pieces from the Art Deco, Brutalist, and Cubist periods, as well as museum-quality contemporary works.

Cleo Collects – Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless otherwise specified.
2. Quotes & Invoices
Quotes and invoices are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
Cleo Collects reserves the right to revise prices in the case of errors, omissions, or unforeseen changes in costs.
3. Order Confirmation & Payments
100% full payment is required to confirm an order.
Alternatively, 50% non-refundable deposit is accepted for layby arrangements, with the remaining 50% due before collection or delivery.
Payment of any deposit or full amount is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Any changes to an order must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed once payment has been made. Additional charges may apply.
4. Size & Colour Disclaimer
Please note:
All handmade, antique, and vintage items are subject to natural variation in size, finish, and colour.
Product images may appear differently across screens or in various lighting.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on colour or finish discrepancies after the order is placed.
5. Lead Times
All quoted lead times are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to customs, industrial action, public holidays, or other external factors.
Cleo Collects will communicate expected timeframes and updates but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Estimated lead time for container shipments: 14–18 weeks, excluding delays beyond our control.
6. Privacy Policy
Cleo Collects complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We collect and store only the personal information required to fulfil your orders and communicate with you. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
7. Shipping & Damage Policy (Furniture & Fragile Goods)
7.1 Inspection on Delivery (Mandatory)
All items must be inspected at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery docket or reported to the delivery driver before they leave.
If you are unable to receive the delivery in person, please arrange for someone to inspect on your behalf.
Keep all original packaging until you confirm the item is undamaged.
7.2 Reporting Damage
Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims outside this window may not be accepted by our freight carriers.
To report damage, email contact@cleocollects.com with:
Clear photos of the damage
Photos of all packaging (inside and out)
A brief description of the issue
Order number and delivery date
7.3 Limitation of Liability
Cleo Collects is not responsible for loss or damage in transit if:
The item was not inspected upon delivery
Damage was not reported within 48 hours
Required documentation is not provided
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to follow these steps may impact your eligibility for insurance coverage, refund, or replacement.
